*Please note that cleaning after 4 p.m. carries a higher risk of the mattress not being completely dry by bedtime. We strongly recommend using a fan after cleaning to speed up drying and ensure optimal results.

Reservation Policy

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any new booking to allow us to properly plan our schedule and ensure the quality of our service.

The available time slots shown take into account our travel logistics and the time needed for each appointment.

Rescheduling / Appointment Changes Policy

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled time. Simply use the link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.

For changes with less than 72 hours’ notice, please call us as soon as possible to check availability. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but immediate availability cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. For any cancellation, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

Late cancellations (less than 72 hours’ notice) or no-shows may result in compensation fees, as a time slot and travel have been reserved specifically for you.
